I also got a phone-calls out of this range, with the same story. I looked up the quantity, and it's from a pay-phone at the Dulles Airport. It is merely a scammer trying to get money from fools. Stop this quantity. Keep your hard earned money safe from these thieves. Go purchase a ticket at your neighborhood gas station, if you want to win the lottery.

Interesting, I had the same call additionally from a guy claiming to be Richard Watson. He wished me to ship over $100,000! A guys who claimed his name was "Richard Watson" called from this number claiming to be from the Customer Protection Agency stating that I'd gained just and an extremely large International Lottery needed to pay the fees onto it for my $5 Million bucks! Well, I never entered any lottery, and as a CPA, I know you don't pay fees on any winnings until after you get them, not before. Complete Fraud.
