Got a phone-calls out of this person claiming to work for Verizon and he desired to talk with the holder of the account. He grunted and I told him the one who handled the bill was mot here and hung the device up in my face. I wish I knew who this person was.

Calls below every couple of days. When I say she is not available and wants business owner, he hangs up. Extremely frustrating because he keeps calling

I INFORMED ANYONE ON THE PHONE THAT PEOPLE NO MORE HAVE VERIZON BECAUSE THEY WERE THIS TYPE OF HASSLE AND HE ASKED WHO WE HAVE AND I ADVISED HIM WE HAVE COX & HE REPORTED DUH YOU DUMB IDIOT COX IS JUST A CABLE COMPANY AND HUNGUP. IF HE WORKS FOR VERIZON WE DEFINETLY WILL NOT BE BY USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Phone-calls from 702-266-9400 suggesting Verizon acct. bill can have some change in next month bill. Informed her that I wasn't the person accountable for that acct. and wondering if she was calling from Verizon, she hung up on me. Personally I think Verizon should check up on the corporation because of their clients.
