Type Number for Location Report

Same thing with me. Person from McKinney lawfirm reported web theft and fraud charges were being filed agaainst me for a paday loan I never had. Told him I'd send bank statements to prove my position. He claimed he hung up and should have made a blunder.

Yesterday had the same eventually me. Asked just how much and what bill. They couldn't offer me any information and stated that I understand what used to do. Told them i was going to report this to the images in their area. They said to burn in hell? Scam!

Harrasment

Maintains calling. I don't reply.

The owner claims to be from Mckinney Law-Firm they'll not provide you with any info by hand-set. I hung up on these men midestern can not understand what their saying This Can Be Con don't pay these people hardly any money

Trying to sell from net

Same thing here, risk of fraud litigation. Would not inform me in what or who AND subsequently asked if I'd give an email to him and if I knew a fellow co worker! I said sure, he gave the number and titles to me. This morning, I called about 20 times to him and he keep hanging through to me but, what I told him was, "I want a document, content of how and where I'm named in the suit". Again, no can do. That's when I release on him and he hungup. I called back and he kept hanging through to me so I waited 10 mins., and called back! Now I told him TIGHTLY, that he had 7 days to obtain the report to me, no more then that. I was suing him and his organization for threating me and harrassing me! SEVEN DAYS!!! Or he gets more of the exact same of my calls, evening and all day if it is taken by it and it will be included with the suit! The document is wanted by our attorney. I then called my state attorneygeneral fraud office and registered a complaint against them. It is advisable to do the same. Then follow-up!
