This Really Is DCM, a paid fundraiser for governmental or charitable agencies. They have not respected don't local call needs so merely don't answer or hangup. If they reach the point whereby they determine a business that they are contacting with respect to, buzz the organizaton to complain.

As his calls have never been recognized, no previous discussion has EVER happened, and he has been informed that people aren't interested in his services. His phone-calls was returned this morning and he was, yet again, given direct instructions to immediately eliminate this hand-set number from his phone-calls list, and was instructed that he is to not phone call our company again. it has already been noted.
