They are contacting as the victim has been certified for a mortgage without collateral and no individual assurance, but they evidently do not have sufficient information on the prey to have certified the prey and, in fact, want to qualify the prey before handing the target off to another person inside their corporation. That is evidently a scam. Do not present any financial or particular information to this scammer.

The phone number I have used-to belong to a company. Could not recognize heavy accent. English could n't be understood by him either. Seemed from India like somebody. I told him that my amount was the name he was asking for wasn't me as well as a new amount for me. he continued to request dumb issues so I advised him just what a dumb t*****deborah he was and not to call-back. I hung up. Sofar so good, he'sn't called back.
