I have been getting calls using this range for atleast the past week. I actually acquired today. The guy on the different conclusion was a pretty quick -talker - he explained that he was from Windows' Technology Team and so they had reports that hackers from outside the US had control of my pc. He'd me start the event log-on my pc, and there have been problems and alerts, just-as he said there will be. Where he wanted me to feedback a service key, he then directed me to some website. It was at this point that I had been experiencing really unpleasant with this particular and began to critically question him. He got completely unpredictable and would n't provide his name to me. I merely stated that I would like his name along with a solution to get back in-touch, since I wanted to be certain what he was doing was respectable. He explained that when used to don't allow my computer is fixed by him I possibly could go-to jail for cyber-crimes. Named and explained he was from microsoft which someone was attempting to compromise my pc...tried to speak me thru getting into my consideration but we were disconnected...he called back i did not reply. I callled microsoft straight they claimed clients are not called by them...can are accountable to fraud department. DON'T GIVE THEM any data. I tried calling the number but it mentioned the number were disconnected for fake activitiy that was possible

Same idea since many of others report - calling from Microsoft, my pc has been giving vital problem messages, etc. What WAS various was that the owner started to shake off my personal information - name, address, e-mail address, cell-phone number (on which he was calling) He was obviously wanting to show me that he was somehow genuine. Absolutely freaked out me since I donot set this type of info available.

I actually don't know the way this idiot keeps getting away with this specific. That is happening for strategy to long. Had the year along with this same difficulty a year ago before. Microsoft was called by me, they said, people are n't called by them, ever. This person is not legit. It truly is illegal to compromise computers. Why is he still currently getting away with this

I received a telephone call using this range this morning stating that they called from Microsoft and thee was someone that has been hacked into my pc and so they accessed my IP-Address. I said that I hung up and nicely I will take care of it, but I understand this can be a scam. They truly named my cellphone again yelling at me stating don't ever state that it is a scam, I am attempting to tell you that there's something happening together with your pc, and I stated properly if there is then I will care for it but please don't actually call my phone again. They certainly were still discussing but I hung up the telephone.
