The person stated these were with Yellow Pages cancellation department. It is a SCAM. We've had to manage this scam before. Don't participate with these folks. It says it's not in-service in the event that you try to phone-calls the amount back.

A second number was received by me from him having an even ruder meaning. I called back and got his voicemail and again encouraged him to make contact with my lawyer.
