I received a phone-calls from these folks and they said they needed to collect on the debt from us bank... I tested my free credit report annually and nothing is shown there also that i continuously od my current account which is not true. and they explained they quite rudely meant that I'd not been increased right I had been hungup on twice... not sure what to do here as-is not on my credit file has to be a fraud

Really rude and disrespectful and called me cheap. Claimed to truly have a lawyer available and when I asked to communicate with him/her she would not I'd like to. Argumentative and unprofessional position. I tried to work something out to generate possible cost arrangements and she was quick to inform me when I did not have any money onhand to put down to ignore and ahead up with something. They will not visit a cent from me.
