It's been going on for many years, now -- the same nearly unintelligible gentleman (I call him Roger) proclaiming It's an emergency, itis an emergency. I be given a call every six months. The number is outlined being a a part of Bay Cove Services... I think a psychologically disabled patient-of theirs has unsupervised usage of a cellphone and is carrying this out to amuse herself. I am less worried about the device call and much more troubled that this gentleman will be abandoned for this degree.

Friend noted this as buzz from stranger in need of aid, who addressed him by name (at his unlisted number). Is an older male, was focused on the call. Simply checking--apparently many crank calls from here. Owner said he was in Dorchester, was 91, called Willard Johnson, according to the recipient of the decision, a report which has-been made to Boston Police
