Said he could not talk about my bill unless I can validate who I was. He mentioned he was from Southwest Programs. Should not have any choices companies after me so consider it absolutely was a scam. Goverment shutdown stops problems to FCC.

View my comment below. DON'T CALL THEM BACK. Lookup the true Verizon number on your bill and use that instead: these men are NOT Verizon and they won't just take the 20 bucks if you offer them your credit-card number or whatever you believe you're spending them.

This amount appears to currently belong to Verizon. So I'd imagine it really is in regards to that, Iam monthly behind.

They phone-calls daily. Some double of phishing scam I believe. Have asked them to stop calling repeatedly but they proceed.

Noted message offered me the option of pushing 1 to put my number on the do not buzz list. This is strange because I'm around the u.s. govt don't call number. This is not the first local call I've received from this collection and telling them to avoid calling doesn't work.

It's a debt collector

This is the Grand Rapids Press. I called the amount and a woman answered. I told her I'd be thankful if she'd stop calling me and hanging on me. She very politely informed me that it absolutely was a dialer doing that and that she could get me removed the owner list. I had been persuaded if my mobile number 616-***-**** wish to be removed from the record to an automated company that inquired. I selected 1, that will be the yes option and the automated voice said, "please allow 48-hours to be removing the list. Method went pretty easily, although I've to state GR click is going relating to this pretty stupidly if they are contacting people and hanging up on them on an everyday basis.
