Sean moore scamed called and my business,,, by the full time I consequently found out certainly one of our workplace people settled check by phone. $680 We place a stop on the check but it experienced for $745 Check out yellow blue press on google This is a scam

Said his name was Sean Moore with the collections department of NCR; said my business owed $745 for an internet advertisement with "Organization Advertising" in Aventura, Fl; I declined to pay as we did not obtain internet advertising; he keeps calling (many weeks now) and I still haven't settled; today 3/8/11 he (Sean Moore) said he was the BAILIFF for NCR Assortment Dept and if I did not return his number he would seize the "funds due"... because the "small claims court" had requested the seizure. Which small claims court? I did not get any notification from any court in any condition on this subject. Doesn't he (Sean Moore) realize that a tiny claims court get seizures funds, they honor funds... but don't obtain the resources. Doesn't he (Sean Moore) know that the court is needed to offer notices challenging your appearance within the court on a particular day and time? I didn't get one.

Got a phone-calls from this number also this day. Claimed same task they are from collections referencing an invoice amount. I have gotten several calls from these individuals regarding Orange Book/Pages the past two years. Never remembered registering for any services as I do get calls constantly regarding Yellow Book/Websites.

THEY SAID THESE WERE THE NATIONAL CREDIT REGISTRY. THEY WERE A LIBRARIES BUREAU. THAT I'd NOT PAID-FOR OWED AND A YELLOW GUIDE ADVERTISING ALMOST $1000 WITCH INVOLVED AWARENESS. HE WOULD TAKE MY NAME OFF THE LIST AND PUT ME ON A DON'T PHONE CALL BUT I NEEDED TO PAY. THEN HE SAID HE WOULD HEP ME BY ELIMINATING THE INTEREST ON THE DEBT LOWERING TO ABOUT $600.00. I SAID THAT I WOULD NOT PAY THAT I THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM THAT I'd BEEN SWEPT UP IN A YEAR AGO AND I WAS NOT GOIN TO COVER ANYTHING. HE SAID HE'D A RECORDING OF ME SAYING YES TO SOMETHING AND WOULD LOCAL CALL BACK D 10 MINUTES WITH THE SAVING. HE DID LOCAL CALL BACK - NO SAVING BUT A FURTHER DECREASE IN WHAT I HAD TO PAY. I ASKED WHAT NUMBER HE HAD CALLED AND IT ABSOLUTELY WAS MY HOME NUMBER NOT JUST A COMPANY NUMBER. I TOLD HIM TO SEND SOMETHING IN THE MAIL. I REFUSED TO OFFER A FAX NUMBER. I ABSPLUTELY REFUSED TO PAY AND SAID I THOUGHT IT HAD BEEN A SCAM AND WOULD PHONE CALL MY LAWYER.

5 voicemail messages were received by me at my home, one indicating that was concerning an "Administrative Office" debt. Legal action was threatened by the past message. No creditor, no volume, no office hours, no info aside from this return call number was handed in the communications. My return calls achieve only an answering-machine that will not give a business name, representative name, office hours...nothing. I left a message seeking the explanation for contact, and threatened legal action on my part if the harrassment didn't halt.

She senses it is not good and has listed her quantity.

Some feedback from others hearing in the same corporation shows a proposed carpet cleaning company.

Almost everyday is called by them

I am today asking them for number and their firm name if it doesn't display about the hand-set.

I still get unwanted calls, and I've asked a lot more than multiple moments to get rid of my quantity from their database now it's currently becoming more than irritating.
