He knew my name and told me that he was examining a PAL of mine. He offered (607)699-9219 as a return number. Our friend got a third number (694)032-9911. He had previously called me and her work before trying to accomplish her. He'd her SSN and threatened her with case unless she decided to function as guarantee on the "debt" that he believed she owed.
