Received a desk phone local call from that amount, person as she was chatting I speaking spanish cussed her out. But this may help when I'm going to take action www.donotcall.gov

Named me and I didn't reply. I called it back thinking it was something or somebody related because I don't typically get random calls on my cell-phone. The recording seemed odd and I just hung-up. I do not understand the goal of it calling me...but I don't really care as long as it wasn't something crucial.
