Got a phone call from someone appearing as an APS worker requiring a fee. Expected to speak with a director and we were instantly got to by one. After a couple of minutes of chat, we believed this was some type of scam. Every worker that individuals spoke with had not a, although American surnames...

RATHER THAN submit a cost to your Electricity company without checking using the company's site or by calling their telephone number that is standard.
