At that time I advised that I had been uninterested in his services. He explained that my interest wasn't the purpose--Microsoft needed that this task is completed by me. He also said that his income was paid by Microsoft and he was a Microsoft licensed technician. He told me he would not cost me anything in protecting my computer for his aid. This is all performed from the kindness of Microsoft heart.

Get a phone at 11: 00 CST from this telephone number. My partner answered and there is no response-- otherwise or computer. I called the amount back and after calling it mentioned it had been forwarding for some name that I could not realize. I named right back also it stated it had been disconnected.

Thanks, Trim I recognize all of your suggestions. I do the other ideas,and will get my computer into a computer repair shop that is respected. I'm a senior, feel so sacrificed.

If the scammer used your personal computer, they probably did a number of of these: Impaired the anti virus application Added a great deal of malware to the computer Copied the Contact Number (so they can e-mail the shortly-to-be-ex-buddies) Ripped any economic knowledge or passwords they might discover...

This is a whole SHAM. Do not give computer access these people. Microsoft was called by me specifically and was educated they will NEVER contact you regarding an issue together with your pc. They suggest replacing from XP because the new operating systems have security security that is better. My next move is to contact the BBB and regional law enforcement.
