Sept. 11, 2013 I got named 58 situations frm 8am to 8pm. And can't encourage them to quit. I've tried bein ethical and informing them they've the wrong number and I've progresses to more potent means. Sept. 12, 2013 I've gotten 33 calls. I do not understand what to do

I got this local call 3 times today with 3 messages proclaiming the IRS not to dismiss this phone call and would freeze my resources.
