I just received a mobile buzz from this man who stated he was from the Authorities, wanted to ship me a bundle, but wanted me to promise at least 15-20. I informed him that I couldn't afford to make a promise. Then told me that perhaps I would have the capacity to create a pledge next time.A few years ago I received a telephone phone call claimed they certainly were in the Newyork State Police Office, wantedto send a bundle, but wanted a pledge. The packet was directed by him but I didn't ship anything. Then called back screaming a shouting saying a gift should be sent by me and that he sent the supply.
