Unwelcome calls

Almost never get spam calls on my cellular phone but over the last 2 times I have received 13 including one every hour for the last 6 hours, this amount being the latest. Almost all from various numbers both in Iowa or Washington state and I've been on the national do not buzz list since Feb. 2011.

I do not understand what goes on today, the calls have been non stop since 10:21am (its currently 6:40pm), considering my phone-calls file, today alone I've had 8 missed calls...all unknown crap It Is A new variety that hit my handset. vivace middle - Didnt response, and the 1/2 of recorded voicemail was about...

I'm around the national don't call list and still get repeat calls in the same quantity. While I return the phone call I get yourself a message that this quantity is not operating What's up

I'm so fed up with This-They call nearly every morning. I had been told that when you don't reply and you switch off your answering-machine eventually they'll stop calling. Ok last one, DNC works great I wonder how might in Congress who make up regulations just like the DNC get these calls
