Every three months going back a couple of years I get a phone using this amount plus they maintain to be Windows Computer Service. One of my computers is currently downloading documents from their machine and they need to enable out me. The have me fill GotoMyPC for them to watch me do points on my computer. The have me look a registry access up and save it with their contact data in a Notepad document. They have me open a Command Prompt and run an old DOS command, Pine This command takes a number of years to perform, and when done, an email appears on my display stating my pc is contaminated with spyware or viruses.I don't know what the registry key will become necessary for, nevertheless the Tree command does nothing. It just allows the time to type to them in the meaning to display on the monitor. At this point, I'd had enough, and I was attempting to conserve the file using their contact information. They were able shut Notepad, to erase the data, and log-off of GotoMyPC before I could do anything. I am optimistic they are upto no good. What's stupid on the element is the fact that they keep calling me every three to four months. You'd feel I would be removed by them away from their call record. It's not a number once you call this number back. Seek out their IP address within the GoToMYPC controls site, or the only method to find them will be to save that contact info before they erase it. After you have that data, some law enforcement bureau can be called by you as well as perhaps get anything done.

We MUST cease these calls -- these are irritating calls.

Caller was foreign with heavy Indian or Pakistan accent. Told me if I did not call back with my social security number I would be arrested!

Call displaying as GOV ABBOTT 512-546-7150 called my National DO NOT CALL Registry listed telephone number 3 days in a row from Nov 9-11, 2017. Because of the hundreds of nuisance calls (a great many of them from the 512 area) I still receive despite being listed on the NDNCR, I never respond to any name or number not on my whitelist of approved callers and I now routinely just disconnect the line for days at a time to prevent them pegging on a live number. If this is not the true caller rather than a spoofed sender, then it is SPAM. Otherwise it is a scamming attempt by robocaller/telemarketer/hacker.

Named many times and hung up. Tried calling back hung-up on me repeatedly

All of the calls hang-up with out a message.

I've gotten three calls out of this variety in the last two times. I actually donot reply figures I donot acknowledge since you can find a great number of scammers available nowadays. While I have had scammers depart frightening communications, declaring to become the IRS whether it's something important, they will keep a message. Overall fraud.
