I received a phone-calls this morning from this number - answered it - but nobody discussed on the other end and they hungup on me - back it said the number was disconnected when I attempted to call it.

I've acquired at the very least 6 calls from this number on my mobile phone and as late as 10:15pm. No texting and voicemails left.

I'm pretty certain it is a number from the prison. I received a phone-calls, tried returning the local call, got the exact same information Being An Android User, stating it had been disconnected. This is practical because you can't phone call inmates but they may attempt to call you. I know one-person in prison, so it was them, I just proved it.
