I got a local call also. Described them for the FCC. Its likely a fake caller-id, tried calling back and it just hungup.

August 3, 2012, got 2 calls using this number twice today. It is a recorded phone-calls from Luverne, MN preying on seniors. The recorded message begins with If you are a senior you have to hear this message. Before hearing the concept we hungup. Likely selling someething.
