It's an electronic male style who says he's from Canada Agency. They've named 4 occasions today - it is a con so don't remedy and do not call-back the 1-800 number they leave

Stated to be always a police urging an immediate callback, Called 3 x and remaining messages. Had unusual feature and telephone was busy when call tried.
