Not a problem....I reached Microsoft through its contact page and named 1800 642 7676 for help, the distributor I spoke to greatly help me with my laptop and advised me he would call back once the next 2 hours to make sure everything was okay. He called back from your number everybody listed here is stating a scam variety. The number 425 635 2970 is not a scam quantity. And yes it was 7pm when I named them and he called me back at 9:35pm, therefore yes if they're following up they'll call that late.
