I was called by the exact same gentleman at-work twice. Threatened to deliver the sherriff to charge me, wouldnt tell me what it was about. The name he quit was Raymond Francis and he has a very strong accent he also had my home elevators checking account number, ss #.

I just received a mobile buzz to my occupation, the individual had a really strong feature, and he also had my checking account number and bank routing number. He said something about cash loan loans, but I have never had or applied this kind of lender for anything apart from my mortgage. He said he's from your law group of McKinney and quit this phone number. I quickly called my bank and put up an alert for just about any withdrawals or deposits... if I am not accessible the transaction will not be prepared and while each transaction-deposits or withdrawals need a confirmation from me. This is extremely alarming. The owner said that there are federal appropriate charges pending against me for fraud by check, theft by deception and something else that I can't remember.
