Type Number for Location Report

I got a local call in another dialect of someone talking really loud then it simply hung-up. It said this number is not operating or inappropriate region code after I called it back. When I look-up the quantity all I get are slow research websites.

They named me twice.I answered both occasions and it was a man saying "Hello? Hello? Icant hear you? I cant hear you? Hi?" and then they hung-up. Both times it appeared exactly the same.

I received a text to inform them and asking if they could provide supper over.

Named me at 12:48 three-times in AROW all I heard was static they kept holding up and nobody could answer

Caller told me that they were from Microsoft Windows and that my computer was in danger. And for a small fee they could fix it for me.I told him that I, too, was from Ohio and where was he calling from. He told me that he was in Nigeria.

Named numerous instances at various hours of the day... after I answered Nobody seemed to be around the different end.

numerous unknown calls received daily-unanswered disappear completely

I've never completed company with them and also have no basis for any bank card firm to contact me.
