Through The 2007-2008 academic year, the Member,(a) permitted a student and/or students to have access to some personal notebook computer which she knew or ought to have known contained images of a pornographic nature or sexual nature, which appeared to reflect young teenage males(t) permitted a student and/or students to have access to the class computer which she knew or ought to have known contained pornographic images and/or violent animation images and/or images of naked figures(c) required and/or granted Pupil No. 3, Scholar No. 4 and Student No. 5, male students, to provide her a massage and(n) made no initiatives to stop or reduce a pupil and/or individuals from seeking to rub her back.THE DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE WILL HOLD A HEARING pursuant to parts 30 and 32 of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996, to determine whether the claims are true and whether Gordana Anne Stefulic is guilty of professional misconduct.
