harassing calls from this number. Some calling 8 year old child. Wander off you creeps that were sick

Contact repeatedly no communication left.

The number calls twice per day does not leave a note. When I was directed I called back repeatedly and dialed.one.for the no-call list also it said it would take-me of the record within 72 hours. It has been two-weeks and they are still currently calling. Exactly what do I do to prevent them from contacting other then modifying my number
