received two calls from the black person with heavy african-american accent. He had a consignment of 3 boxes for me and believed to become a diplomat and desired to learn my address so he could supply the boxes. He explained he didn't understand the contents of the package and did not have any paperwork about the bins. All this was entirely unsolicited by me and I wasn't expecting any plans from Africa (Ghana).

When I started to question him he was very consistent and became belligerent. He check this out and even provided me a bogus GA Electricity customerservice number to call. I hung up and named the true GA Electricity customer-service variety and was informed that is a fraud. I offered the number for follow-up to them. He had me going for so or a moment although I'm an intelligent person. I informed him that GA Strength and the authorities were made aware of his fraud and called him back. I called back the following day and he answered the telephone, GA Strength customerservice. Beware.
