I got a message that is dubious and says that I've been picked to test the upcoming iPad 3 this really is most likely spam.

My spouse first recieved a voicemail using this "lawyer" that was hired by advanced cash services and that he needed seriously and was being charged to local call immediatley. My man returned his call and the "attorney" Alex Mathew advised him he owed 2100 and was being charged. His arrest day was in 2 days if he wanted to avoid imprisonment he needed to spend 897 before then. My partner asked what we were being sued for the person explained he did not have any information but was appointed to take immediate action against us and since we never had financing. My husband told him he was likely to phone call our lawyer and the person told us to not bother while there is no way we will get in court and he would be charged before our lawyer could do something, he then said he would e-mail us our loan information. We named sophisticated cash and they advised us people everywhere are getting this fraud phone call.

Named and left irritating email. Was threating me. Very frightening.

Calls asking for my partner who's in the clinic. I have expected them not contact me he keeps calling.

I am called by this amount every morning at pacific time that is 830am. Who the h**l are they When I let them know to avoid contacting me, they hang up and apologize. They explained they'd take-me off their calling number and add me to their do not contact list recently. That didn't happen.
