I keep getting the same form of handset calls. This is annoying and bizarre.

They keep calling me and leaving messages on my desk phone threatening me and informing me that I would like an attorney or they'll sue me.

I got exactly the same message on my handset. SCAM SCAM

This individual had a Jamacian accent or something. He advised me that a he was Attorney Brandon Williams and that me or my attorney had until 11am the next day to make contact with him or he'll file the papers to get me to court for fraud. Selections firm looking to utilize slow scare tactics to get individuals to pay money!!!!!!

I received a phone-calls from (347) 753-8177. The person was hard to recognize and had huge accent. Said he was lawyer Brandon Williams. Said someone who I do not understand has a legitimate challenge and that I was to get this person contact him by 11am tomorrow morning. I actually do not understand if he did not hear back from me or the person, he would have an arrest warrant issued for this person and me. Claimed the area sheriff will undoubtedly be visiting my office to arrest me and take me for the court house. This collection work is illegal and a fraud.

My handset is called by this guy from every one of these various numbers claiming to become a bill collector curse me out and I understand for an undeniable fact he's tryna run con on me.

I just got a note for my daurghter from somebody claiming to be Attorney James Cox. He's a really robust indian accent. Claimed if she don't number back immedialey he's going to file an instance against her. Then said he wish her fortune if he don't below from her.... These folks been calling my home asking for my daurghter for about fourteen days @ 7AM... Hoping to get info from her to allow them to offer her a loan. I keep telling these people that she's to prevent calling my damn house and underage!!!!!! Exactly What A Con!!! Now he is claiming to be legal counsel....OKAYYYY....RIGHT. I hope they will quit calling my house daily. I don't like games or crisis.

This phone-calls are available in saying they've a criminal case against me, from not paying my cash loan back. They're crazy I do not have a cash loan.

called and threatned me with case, told me his name was David Familar, had an incredibly thick Indian Highlight, once I called back some guy named Mark answered and explained he was with the Department of Justice, funny thing is once they called me it was 7pm their time, the office should of been sealed. Also a day later they called with and UnKnown number and quit the same specific message. Overall Scam, i dont have any negotiations with the Federal Govermant for nothing.

The same happens tome daily. I'm going to be speaking to law enforcement office in a few minutes and I believe he's NOT a genuine government representative. I'm considering likely to national law enforcement for help because he claims to become DOJ.

this quantity called our office buying a co-worker, Shawn Carter called but I couldnt understand anything he was saying. Got transfered over to Mark White (director) and stated that he was in the US Department of Justice. When my co-worker called them back they said that they loaned money to him and deposited it straight into his bill in November. He examined his bank statement and there is no cash placed and he never sent applications for a loan in September. They continued to number multiple times a-day, very hard to comprehend them and very rude!

The owner mentioned that I needed to local call him back asap in relation to some lawsuit or anything about legal counsel and if I didn't he then couldn't help me and that his name was Shawn Carter. There's a man calling my strong work number calling me at-least 3 to 4 times a-day, saying his name is Jackson Johnson from Financial Primary Study legal section, also saying he will contact my manager if I do not answer his phone call, saying I've an incident in my name and my social security # and they're willing to perform a legal activity......they have an indian accent and fonny titles...I have had it together. Please allow me to know what I will do to remove them...they need to quit this.
