Phone-calls everyday no explanation

I get a mobile buzz every night at 10:00 P.m in the NY number. its pops up NWYRCYZN05 NYC on my caller I.D. They say goodbye instantly and call. I'm getting rather tired of it.

If this never appear again they regularly if I dont no the number I will not remedy they never leave a message but keep calling during the day this has to stop now it would be
