A woman with this specific firm - "Shirley" - was calling my number and leaving messages for my teen-age son. I believed it absolutely was a guardian of a buddy or something so I passed the information on to him related to school. It proved it was a group agency to get a doctor we have not observed in decades. He gave the telephone to me and I let her know that she was calling for a small and that any calls would have to be to either myself or my husband. I shared with her we hadn't visited a doctor's office she was calling about in decades, and that we did not have a balance when we left (we've insurance that would have paid many if not every one of any charges past our co pay), and that I'd be happy to examine the matter if she'd send me an itemized statement of your debt. Didn't notice whatever else for three months (wonder why!), until they called again today. Odors of scam.
