Found this quantity on my patient files listed below my house phone and cell ph as a contact. I really donot know this phonenumber or this person and I did not put it at my drs office sometimes frightening on record indeed
I named it a young person answered insisted that I place his number on my information bull crap he said why have you been angry at me he was joking, I explained I'm not upset, I've been being harassed with a foreigner asking me that same??? Found this quantity on my dr individual records shown being a contact below cellular phone and my residence phone. I really donot realize this telephone number or this person and it was n't put by me on my history at my drs office both! scary indeed
