Got a phone-calls to my cellphone from 321-250-5621. Hispanic appearing female's voice with some slogan about holiday packages. Our number has-been around the DNC list for quite a long time. I never join offers and such, nor do I hand out my number unnecessarily. I am not with Verizon or AT&T.
