they called my mother who's 75-year old & told her to pay for in usually her power is going to be shut down in 45 minutes.They said that they're from Excell Energy Center.

This is a fraud variety. They are seeking to shock you into giving them money. In the event that you buzz the number back, they reply disconnection heart. DON'T let them have money

They phone-calls daily. Some double of phishing scam I believe. Have asked them to stop calling repeatedly but they proceed.
