This person claimed her name was Jennifer Brantley, stated she needed to speak with me or my attorney, since my brother is an attorney, I had him call. They stated that they were calling in error and trying to reach someone else. They would remove my number from their list. However the call have not stopped so I opened a case with the FCC. Report them This is most definitely a scam

Quit a pre recorded voicemail on my cellular phone saying that that day I had a need to call back or these went to pursue case against me. I called back and talked to some rude female who believed my date of start and target. She stated I got a pay day loan out back 2011 and they went to press charges against me. I inquired who the banker was and informed her that wasn't correct. She refused to tell me after which mentioned they would contact me. Like she was trying to frighten me she looked also it did make me anxious with her hazards.

She stated she needed to talk with me and my attorney about a pretrial of course, if I didnot reply I'd postpone my privileges. But she never mentioned my name or anything of a court case

Received calls I did not reply and was left voicemail planning to speak to my attorney or me, that. They called back today I answered and was informed they certainly tried to get restitution to get a payday loan in 2012 that we never received. so

Mentioned I guarantee for my charge. Said I created a paydayloan and fraudulently didn't pay. For me head to court or to produce restitution. Never made a pay day loan in my life. But she did have my private information which scares me.
