Requested for me by name, I hung up the telephone and told him it is a scam. Why Can't we get these calls to stop

This morning received a phone-calls from this number around the property line. Left no information and turned up as Frat Order of Police.

This quantity is apparently for the Fraternal Order of Police in Kansas City Kansas, nevertheless the call originated from Wichita, Kansas... 180 miles away. I reached law enforcement office and was informed they NEVER phone call soliciting money. It's a scam. DON'T give these individuals money

My number is called by fOP on an average of 4-5 times each week... Thank goodness for caller-id. Previously, I've picked up the telephone, tune in to their pitch and I declined any donations these were asking for (Underneath The hide of sending children to camp) When I declined to contribute, I was meet with abrupot disrespect. I have remebered that encounter... Therefore, I currently NEVER pick up the telephone if they phone-calls. FOP is a TOTAL PEST and should be stopped telemarketing the number-local call-number homes...
