Obviously it is a cellular phone number. Called my phone backtoback. Text the number asking who it was cause I actually don't reply numbers I-donot recognize rather than got back a response.

No body answered. Found phone although it was calling a sounding talk was going on while in the back ground although not one responded once I answered. Possibility this is some sort of fishing fraud.
