I've 6 calls from this number in my caller ID theoretically from Service Custome previously week. When the calls from 315-285-9932 ID'd as Refund Team stopped (last one 6/21) stopped, these started.

I received a mobile buzz at work and on my cell phone nowadays at least four instances from a man claiming to be from Becker Lawyer company. He said they certainly were controlling case from a unsecured guarantor loan that I have never received and know nothing about. I've know idea how he has any of my info but he also realized where I bank at and required me to verify my account number for him, which I didn't do. When requested he's a very heavy middleeastern accent and won't release any info. He said that he had paperwork against me, and once I asked him to send it, he said he would not realse any data to me. I instructed him to stop calling. This person is just a scam artist.

The person was middleeastern sound and when I called back they claimed I'd a payday-loan scam suit pending that was through Cash Advance. I actually do not. I do have legal counsel handling a bankruptcy event that has become essential because of different poor choices on my part so I received guidance to document these people. Cash-Advance America was contacted by me - they are informed that there is a massive scam out there and that it's affected their business. Anyone I spoke with approved that I have no loan or have ever endured a loan with them. Large con, watch yourselves.

I received a desk phone local call on 4/21/11. I returned their phone-calls the morning of the 22nd and had been out of town.
