its merely a messed-up autodialer at DTE.they only number for two reasons.1. to tell you they will take your hood, studying your meter2. To offer you a 'house protection program' aka insurance. sometimes the caller-ID arises 'DTE - HPP' for me.watch out for 33. a low-dte local call from the scammy 3rd party electricity supplier intermediary attempting to sell you support in bundles to get a 'discount'. like what ENRON did.
