The Card Companies telemarketing scams have now been working for quite a while. Now they are paired with Medical Alert scammers. As normal, they use spoofed caller ID and business names that are phony, and disregard the Do -Not-Call record and various violations that are other. But they were given fake getting data by me and they called back the very next day to perform the purchase after the negative credit card data I presented them was decreased. I had been not unable to track down who they are, detailed with addresses and telephone numbers. View below for more info. They have been charged for this before. The Perp behind it's:Evan Sirlin (boss)LifeWatch USA266 Merrick Rd.Lynbrook, NY 11563(866) 443-1005Numbers to contact and complain:Evan Sirlin: (866) 443-1005 (boss)Jason Sultzer: (845) 705-9460 (Lifewatch USA Lawyer) Lavern (Customer Service): (800) 615-8354LifeWatch telephone numbers516-374-2233 individual answered516-375-4543 human answered516-599-3620 major office menu 516-374-5433 main office menu800-716-1433 principal office menu800-717-9295 customerservice menuLifewatch - Medical Alarm SystemsAKA Lifewatch-USA975 Middle Street, Middletown, Connecticut 06457Phone: 800-615-8364Their real location:Aztec Corporate Park975 Center Neighborhood, Middletown, CT 06457Businesses he is associate with:EVAN T SIRLIN (ADMINISTRATOR)CAFE TROPICS, LLCFLORIDA DOMESTIC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANYAddress: One East 11th St.Riviera Beach, FL 33404Registered Adviser: Corporation Service CompanyFiling Day: January 17, 2008File Number: L08000006224EVAN SIRLIN (LEADER)E&M MEMORABILIA INCFLORIDA DOMESTIC REVENUE CORPORATIONAddress: 33000 Portofino CircleApt 101Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418Registered Representative: Sirlin EvanFiling Time: December 19, 2013File Amount: P13000093807EVAN SIRLIN (Laptop)FINAL PURCHASE ENTERPRISES, INC.FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL PROFIT CORPORATIONAddress: 266 Merrick Road, First FloorLynbrook 11563Registered Broker: Sirlin EvanFiling Date: August 12, 2014File Range: F14000003388EVAN SIRLIN (MANAGING MEMBER)JPP BARS, LLCFLORIDA DOMESTIC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANYAddress: 1315 B BoradwayHewlett 11557Registered Broker: Mann Denise LFiling Time: August 31, 2007File Range: L07000089802EVAN SIRLIN (PRESIDENT)LIFEWATCH INC.FLORIDA FOREIGN GAIN CORPORATIONAddress: 1315b Broadway106Hewlett 11557Registered Agent: Rudock John EsqFiling Time: August 17, 2010File Quantity: F10000003694EVAN SIRLIN (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER)LIFEWATCH INC.NEW YORK DOMESTIC ORGANIZATION CORPORATIONAddress: Lifewatch Inc. attn: Evan Sirlin266 Merrick RoadLynbrook, NY 11563Registered Broker: Lifewatch Inc.Filing Time: Dec 03, 1996File Number: 2089016Sued:https://www.truthinadvertising.org/wp-material/uploads/2014/05/Reynolds-v.-Lifewatch-problem-.pdfSued before for telemarketing via same approaches:http://www.securitysystemsnews.com/article/life-alert-sues-join-america-lifewatch-usaUsed Connect America to create calls.

This is the Lifewatch Fraud where the robocall releases off you, then requests creditcard information and states you have been picked to receive a totally free life attentive method. Don't provide them with anything Preserve problems that are filing

I followed them down by giving untrue information and waiting for them once the card was decreased to call back. Either these are the same criminals that ran the Card Companies scams throughout the last few years of they used precisely the same thieves to generate the calls. They're utilizing the same group of caller ID numbers.
