They keep calling when I get they do not answer! After I phone call back it says that it's not just a working number

NOWADAYS SAME TASK HAPPEND IF YOU ASK ME EXCEPT THAT I DIDNT CALL BACK SINCE I SEARCH ON THE INTERNET FOR BOTH NUMBERS AND I DISCOVER IT WAS FROM THE PLACE CALLED "Houston Health Services. I am repeatedly called by this range. Once I press 1 to speak to an actual person and ask them to get me away from their phone-calls record they quickly hang up the phone on me. These are scammers. Please close them down.

A recorded voice said Goodbye, when I answered the telephone. I called back and it absolutely was just another recording having said that if I desired to be on their No-Call list I may dial 1 - which I did. Three hours later they called again.
