This company has called me 3 x in reference to examine sham from two distinct numbers. They maintain I tried to defraud a check cashing establishment. Which i have no idea from what they are speaking about. A name is never left by the caller. Once you call it seems like a cellphone you called. Three calls: 06/05/2014, 06/12/2014 & 06/16/2014 from an Unknown Legitimate Processor 281-213-0784 concerning a Check Sham w/ an ssn(no name or ssn supplied), Termed back twice & amount is not put in place to take calls & next callback recommends Disconnected, improved or nolonger in service-Key con below & you will be considered a victim in the event you give any info'to these dirt bags

We received 3 calls from 281-213-0784 from an unfamiliar appropriate processor dated 6/5/14(male voice), 6/12/14(male voice) and 6/14/14(female speech) concerning a pending event of check fraud with the ssn-they didn't provide a name or ssn of the celebration or functions concerned. Our first & minute call back phone-calls...

Girl named my elderly mom trying to gather due on a fraudulent mortgage that was late. They're phishing for SSNis also.

Inform them and call them back you registered a police document against them and likewise registered a state with the regional standard lawyer. They'll stop calling.

Named 5 or 6 times that were different. Remaining information of a critical legal issue where there been had a check scam filed with ss and my name mounted on it. They never said my name or social however. In the event the state they are making was accurate, looks they should have experienced even the different or one to see as affirmation tome. I never answered, only let them keep msgs. We don't actually create checks for something. So, can't false. Of I being hassled by them sick.
