Type Number for Location Report

This guy is a scammer. He is claiming to be with a "Police Fund," but it was strange. He did not want to talk, but he eventually gave up and instead of telling me about his alleged police fund, he just hung up. It is highly unlikely that a Police Fund in Owensboro, KY is calling residents of Louisville in a different time zone and different area code for money!!! Why do these idiots keep calling? AVOID THIS GUY. He is a white male and he sounds as if he is in his 40s-50s. I was already working on my PHONE SCAMMERS LIST that I will have an attorney help me to get $1,500 per call, and this idiot just got added to the list! I also save the scammers in my address book because that keeps them in the phone much longer than the LAST NUMBERS CALLING INTO THE PHONE LIST.
