They scan the application boards and then start calling around to resumes knowledge mined off the boards. The owner gets money for each person who they arrive at the interview. The task maybe legit but I do not buy into the way of getting us there.

i rec'd this phone-calls immediately after submitting a resume on monster...should've known better i guess. i didn't remedy w/c i did not identify the number, but believed it absolutely was a mobile phone. She spoke quickly, in accent, and also stated she was from lenderis life...confident i will not be returning the call.
