The person was very accusatory, accusing me of attempting to play smart and requesting handset numbers of somebody I spoke to to settle my loan. He was seeking me to send an apology letter plus a great sum bigger than the loan I took out to be in out of court, or else they'd take me to court and I'd have to pay increased charges. THIS CAN BE A SCAM! Almost ruined my day

Today I recieved 4 calls out of this number in a hour and a half. I was informed that he had a legitimate issue that it was time sensitive and that he needed seriously to check with me, and the middle eastern sound guys name was austin white. He instructed me to sometimes local call him or have my stored attny call him, and if he didnt hear back from me, all he could do was wish me best of luck as to what was planning to happen on me. I'm presently in contact with law enforcement, fcc, ftc, and someone else which will listen!!!! These folks do not recognize who they are calling, and may well be calling a police officer, or an FBI agent! sooo silly!!!

I also have received two calls today from these people. The person sounded like he was from India and said his name was Andrew Johnson. He explained that had took out a payday loan for $200 last Nov and never repaid it. Today he is threatening me with legal sense saying I will visit court or pay $8300. I'll forward this hand-set number for the Federal Trade Comm and see what goes on next. I never took out a pay day loan and have not been aware of this position.

I received two calls from (253) 397-1409 and threatening me to phone-calls immediately regarding a legal ruling against me. This is not the very first phone call like this and there have been numerous from different figures. This has to prevent!!!!! I understand that I'm not the only real client a victum of this.
