She left the next number -- 800-874-0802 -- to return her local call. Because I never fill in entry forms at centers, this indicates she should have sometimes dialed the incorrect number or was cold calling, employing a sweepstakes congratulatory message, as a means to offer something. Do folks still definitely fall for these types of sales ploys?
