No message, unwanted phone call

This lifeline/lifealert organization, has been contacting my for over a year, buying girl named claira. I filed a with a director at the lifeline/lifealert. Boss cld me back said that it is a 3party organization which make cold calls for them. I told the supervisor I informed the person contacting me this is simply not claira,this is not here,quit calling me. The inspector said that they should have stop after the 1st-time I encourage them was wrong.supervisor was send email to 3party to stop....worked for around monthly. And today 217-689-2181 cld, I advised them don't CA, again...I've plugged every they call me from and also the cockroaches still don't-get the msg...now I have a fog horn that Iam likely to be applying...sooo keep callCAN YOU HEAR ME NOW

Never seen that one ahead of the Caller ID claims MAIZE GRILL, which is a cafe in IL. My telephone is really a land line that included a Frontier net package. I've no idea how they got the number. PS, I donot like Mexican food.
