I received a local call using this phone #, believed it was a telemarketer or sumthing, so certainly i ignored it,...2days later i was served to arise in court on some stupid bad checks i wrote like three years ago! wtf i thought u couldnt be charged after 12 weeks on bad checks??? Please provide me any insight u have on badcheck laws, i have to visit court on Wednesday and im not sure if i should get an attorney or not?

I'm filing a complaint (state number 194-47) with my AG workplace because I think they're targeting my Grandmother because shes folk. I called these secret customers when my grandma gave me the message and I gave them my number twice via voice-mail.
