I've gotten one phone-calls, but they explained they were a Harris County worker and that if I did not get my summons, a failure to look will be issued plus a cause for my arrest. Then they told me to local call (888) 523-0881 to obtain additional information.

They've been calling me for recent years months stating they have a study against my ss#. And they keep calling. And everytime they local call I get yourself a diffrent person or they'll declare oahu is the director that really wants to talk to me but its usually the exact same person.

They're a fraud. The exact same thickly accented guy has-been calling me for weeks and runs on the unique name and phone number every time. Likewise, a different official sounding firm is always represented by him. Ignore the little man.

This # called me stating they are filing fees because my SS# hasbeen noted to them. They did not leave there name or organization simply there hand-set #. Assume maybe a selection business but not guaranteed since they didn't declare.

Rec'd a phone-calls that woke us up. Hung-up once we answered. Called back a few hours later saying they certainly were some breast cancer awareness non-profit and attempting to "ensure" our mailing address from our past assistance. We have never provided for this company and are on the Don't Phone Call List.

They will not stop calling me, and use *69. I have gotten 15 missed calls from their website. I spoke to him a bit and called back and they somehow have my SSN. I realized it was a scam because to start, I enjoyed along stating my info was incorrect (I never give it out over the mobile to guests) like my SSN, my address and birthdate. They didn't bother asking for modifications, and were quick to ask for payment. I also called the courthouse about any available cases pending on me, and you can find none. They were also stumped by me by requesting event numbers, 'mortgage' amounts and such. I don't discover how they got my SSN however. What can I do?
